Corridor Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing & Marketing Consultant for our property in Wichita, KS to act as our first point of contact for all prospective residents. This customer focused sales position interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and is responsible for performing all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals. In addition to this, employee will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and property events, and contributing to online and email advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong people and marketing skills. Applicant must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate should be computer proficient. You must enjoy a fast-paced, lively work environment and have prior sales experience.
