  • What is the pet policy?

    Select locations allow cats at an additional monthly fee. These locations are Mason Manor,Partridge Hollow and Townhouse Court. Dogs are allowed on ground floor, garden level apartments at Mall Apartments. All dogs must be 25lbs or less at full maturity. Proof of registration, vaccinations, and a note from your vet verifying breed and weight of animal are required upon registering.

    Cat Policy: Up to two (2) cats are allowed per apartment in Mason, Partridge & Townhouse.
    Dog Policy: One (1) dog is allowed at Mall Apartments.

    Pets Allowed without Deposit: Turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and fish aquariums that are five (5) gallons or less do not require an additional deposit.

    Restricted Pets: The following pets are not authorized at any of our Chicopee apartment communities: snakes, lizards, sugar gliders, flying squirrels, chinchillas, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, rodents or venomous animals of any kind.

    Owner Requirements:
    1. All fees must be paid on or before the date the resident takes possession of the apartment.
    2. A separate pet addendum is to be completed and signed, and is considered as part of the contractual Lease Agreement.

    Pet Fees:
    $25 monthly pet fee per cat per month
    $40 monthly pet fee per dog per month

  • How do I secure an apartment?

    The first step is to complete an application. Once approved, we will contact you about next steps, including the signing of a lease agreement and paying a security deposit.

  • What forms of payment does your community accept?

    We accept check, money order, or certified funds if paid on-site, in the office. You may also pay online or setup automatic withdrawal using the resident portal. Additional fees are determined based on the type of card used. ACH transactions made online are free of charge.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. Late fees are assessed in accordance with your lease agreement, regardless of weekends or holidays.

  • When is the security deposit returned?

    Security deposits are fully refundable, providing that there are no damages to the apartment after the occupant has vacated at the end of the lease term. Final account statements and deposit refunds are mailed within 30 days of the end of the lease. If the resident renews their lease, the security deposit will hold over for the extended lease term.
