Parents, we know that renting an off-campus apartment for your student may be new. We are here to help! Contact our on-site leasing team with any questions or concerns.

  • What is the pet policy?

    Sorry, no pets are allowed at Arcadia apartments. Residents are allowed to have a fish tank under 5 gallons as long as it is properly maintained and housed within the resident’s individual bedroom.

  • What types of housing are available?

    Visit our Floorplans page for more detailed information. All of our leases are individual liability so your student can be paired with a roommate or assigned to a space with friends, when available.

  • How do I secure an apartment for my child?

    The first step is to complete an application for both you and the student occupant. A $35 application-processing fee is required (per person). Once approved, we will contact you about next steps, including the signing of a lease agreement and paying a security deposit.

  • What does the monthly rent include?

    Arcadia is an all-inclusive apartment community! You only have one monthly bill which includes rent, utilities, Internet, cable, lawn care, snow removal and trash expenses. Parking spaces are available at an additional monthly fee.

  • What forms of payment does your community accept?

    We accept check, money order, or certified funds if paid on-site, in the office. You may also pay online or setup automatic withdrawal using the resident portal. Additional fees are determined based on the type of card used. ACH transactions made online are free of charge.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. Late fees in accordance with your lease agreement are assessed on the 11th of the month, regardless of weekends or holidays.

  • When is the security deposit returned?

    Security deposits are fully refundable, providing that there are no damages to the apartment after the occupant has vacated at the end of the lease term. Final account statements and deposit refunds are mailed within 30 days of the end of the lease. If the resident renews their lease, the security deposit will hold over for the extended lease term.
